At Imogifts.com, we are committed to delivering your gifts safely and on time to anywhere in Sri Lanka. Please read our Delivery Policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries, shipping times, and charges.


1. Delivery Areas

We deliver gifts islandwide across Sri Lanka, including major cities such as Colombo, Gampaha, Kandy, Galle, Kaluthara, and many other towns and villages.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your desired location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.


2. Delivery Times

  • Same-day delivery is available only for orders placed before the cutoff time (usually before 11:00 AM) within Colombo and Gampaha districts.
  • For all other locations outside Colombo and Gampaha, please allow a minimum of 2 business days for delivery.
  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, or strikes.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees depend on the destination and the size or type of gift ordered.

The applicable delivery charge will be clearly shown during checkout before you confirm your order.


4. Order Processing Time

We process orders promptly after payment confirmation.

For custom or made-to-order items, please allow additional time for preparation, which will be communicated during checkout.


5. Recipient Availability

Please ensure that the recipient is available to receive the gift at the provided delivery address and contact number.

If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery partner will attempt to contact them using the phone number you provided.

If delivery attempts fail, Imogifts.com will contact you to reschedule or provide alternative instructions.


6. Incorrect Delivery Details

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information (recipient name, address, phone number).

Imogifts.com is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


7. Damaged or Lost Deliveries

If your gift arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will investigate and work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.


8. How to Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details if available.
